The Tracksmith mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Tracksmith (“Tracksmith”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Tracksmith’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Tracksmith through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Tracksmith. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up for SMS updates with their mobile phone number (in which, they’ve understood these separate terms of service) and who are at least 18+ years old or above the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is greater) at the time of entry. The sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Tracksmith (the "Sponsor"), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.    The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. 6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Once contacted, winner will have the opportunity to provide their preferred footwear size in order to claim their Grand Prize.
