100 Days to London - Hilly Long Run
Join us for the second run in our 100 Days to London programme. Running on hills is speedwork in disguise. It is a great way to improve your speed, strength and power. An essential part of long distance variation. On offer on our run to Hampstead Heath , we have options of 10 km (6 miles) and 21 km (13 miles).
Location & Time
Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9AM, bag drop, changing will be available. From 9:30AM, we begin a group warmup and then start the run. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities.
Pacers
There will be pacers from 4:20/km (7:00/mile) to 7:25/km (12:00/mile) on hand to help guide you on the run. The distance option offers many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs.
Fuelling
Before the run, we will have coffee, bananas and water available. Post-run, refreshments will be available.
