100 Days to Berlin - Marathon Pace Run
What better way to tune up ahead of the race with a marathon workout long run. Join us for this run, of which a chunk will be run at your goal marathon pace.
We will meet from 8:00AM and the run will start at 8:30AM. We will have coffee, water and bananas pre-run and post-run, breakfast will be provided. Runners of all abilities are welcome to join us.
We will also have support from Maurten with fuel provided pre-run.
Things to consider: bring water with you to take on the run, the route will have water fountains and bathrooms around Tempelhofer Feld, the temperature is forecasted to be warm on Sunday.
Workout Details are:
15-20 Minutes Warmup
4x 15 Minutes at Goal Marathon Pace - 1k Recovery Jog
15-20 Minutes Cooldown
Total Distance = 24-25k
