100 Days to Chicago - Marathon Pace Workout
Time to focus and get ready for race day. Join the Tracksmith team and our friends at DW Running for a marathon pace workout alongside the Lakefront path. We’ll meet at Everybody's Coffee and head out for a warm up run to Montrose Track. This run will start at 7:30 a.m., but runners are invited to join us at 7:15 a.m. for coffee. Runners of all abilities are welcome. We’ll have pace groups from 7:00/mi to 12:00/mi+ and water stops on course. Shorter options and different paces will be available as well.
