100 Days to NYC - The Longest Run
Week Ten of 100 Days to NYC will be our longest, long run over 22 miles and will cover key points on the marathon course - Pulaski Bridge, Queensboro Bridge, First Avenue and Central Park. The longer route will roughly cover miles 11-25 of the marathon course. There will be a 10 mile route as well. Doors at the Trackhouse will open 7:45am with the run beginning promptly at 8:15am. Before the run, coffee, bananas and water will be available. Route details will be published on our Strava event page, in our weekly newsletter and in the Tracksmith NYC Whatspp group. These runs are free and open to all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
