Join us for our weekly speed session. This week's workout is 2-3 x 2k with a 90-second standing rest between each repetition. This structured session not only fosters endurance, speed, and mental toughness but also instills discipline crucial for long-distance runners. By challenging yourself to cover significant distances with minimal recovery, you're honing both physical and mental resilience, essential traits for success on race day. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout and head to MIT at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
