We love running in a baseball hat. On the best days, it keeps the sun out of our eyes and our focus on the road. When it’s raining, it keeps water off our faces and helps keep our heads dry and warm. We crafted a water-repelling and rain-ready version. This lightweight, five-panel running cap is made from 100% polyester in a three-layer mini-ripstop.
We hunted high and low for a water-repellent fabric that could handle serious running. We found this fluorocarbon-free shell in Japan. While the fabric is incredibly fine and breathable, it sheds moisture and sends water droplets rolling off the surface.
