Post-run sweat shorts with pockets, made from a soft yet durable heavyweight cotton blend.
The Trackhouse Shorts are an elevated take on a team classic, delivered in a soft fabric that won’t pill. With a ribbed drawstring waist and convenient pockets, they’re perfect for when you’re recovering from a long week of running. At every team’s trackhouse you can find athletes lounging in their sweats and shorts as they recoup from the heavy mileage of the prior days. While this tradition has held for decades, today’s post-run gear has often fallen short, with lesser-quality fabrics and unnecessary details, like welded pockets and zippers. This had us yearning for something more streamlined and considered.

The fit of the Trackhouse Shorts mimics that of traditional sweats, with a relaxed waist featuring a drawcord, a slim fit through the hips, and comfortable hand pockets. The 6.5” inseam makes the shorts a lightweight version of a long-lived classic.
Whereas most running gear is built for race day, or the days that lead to it, the Trackhouse Shorts are constructed for life after the finish line.
The shorts’ cut and construction are geared for the long haul, pairing durability with comfort. The sweats combine the short fit with a heavyweight fabric to stand the test of time, so they can be worn and re-worn through the seasons.
Frenchman Émile Camuset, founder of Le Coq Sportif, is credited with introducing the first sweatpants: a simple gray jersey knit pant designed to allow athletes more comfort and greater freedom of movement. For that we say, “Merci, Émile”, as we express our gratitude for leading us to this adaptation of a long-lived classic, offered here in a short silhouette.
We’ve long obsessed over classic team-issued gear - that symbol of belonging handed out at the beginning of the season, meant to last from freshman to senior year, from post-workout to class, with every accumulated stain a badge of honor. All too often this gear gets lost in the post-grad shuffle, or worse, stolen at a meet or “borrowed” by a significant other. To recreate the feel and durability of these originals, we hunted high and low for this hard-wearing and hand-me-down worthy fabric.
