The Tracksmith Session Speed Short looks great and feels lightweight, but I found that it tends to pile up at the crotch area during runs, which makes it uncomfortable. Despite its sleek design, this issue affects the overall fit and performance. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for longer runs.

I love these. They sit very well. Material very comfortable. Pockets fine. I like the zipped pocket. Not space for a phone to be zipped, but I don’t run with a phone so fine for me. Others may feel otherwise. My only complaint would be the awkward sweat patches with this colour 😬😅

The Session Speed Shorts are pared back and streamlined, built with a single-layer exposed elastic waistband and simple side-entry pocket, but retain the comfort and durability that make our Session Shorts beloved.

The Speed Session Details
A running short starts with the liner. It has to be as durable as the short and stay put over long distances and top speeds. It's a plus that this one also has an anti-odor and anti-microbial Polygiene® treatment. Pockets are also an important consideration. The Session Speed Shorts offer a streamlined solution with one zip pocket on the hip that fits a phone and one internal drop-in pocket for cards, keys and gels. But the magic comes from the weight and cut - when it's time to go fast, they get out of the way.
