Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
Join us for our weekly speed session. This week's workout consists of 12 hill repeats, each lasting 60 seconds. These sprints are divided into three sets: the first 4 at 70% effort, the next 4 at 80% effort, and the final 4 at 90% effort. This time-tested hill workout is celebrated for its ability to enhance fast-twitch speed. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and we'll kick off the workout at Boston Common at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
