Final Tune Up
So here we are – you’ve made it. Join us at the Trackhouse for one final session before the marathon. This workout will be suitable for everyone whether you’re training or tapering, so come along to spin the wheels one final time or send off our local marathoners in style before they head out to Hopkinton for the start on Monday.
This session will concentrate on tempo intervals: 4x6 minutes [3 minutes at marathon pace (MP), 2 minutes at half marathon pace (HMP), 1 minute at 10k pace, with a 90-second jog between sets].
Meet at the Boston Trackhouse at 6 PM Bag drop and changing will be available. We will leave for the run at 6:30 PM Please complete the Run Club Waiver, prior to attending this event.
