We launched the first BQ Singlet in 2015 because, in its commitment to high standards and the pursuit of excellence, the Boston Marathon is special. It represents the peak of amateur achievement for marathoners around the world – clocking a BQ is often a decades-long labor of love.
This year, we’re relaunching the BQ Singlet with its original intent: to recognise amateur excellence with a commemorative singlet that’s exclusively available to Boston Qualifiers. With acceptance emails recently landing in inboxes, you can now reserve your spot in line to buy a BQ24 Singlet. Limited quantities will be available for purchase in March.

The BQ Singlet is ultra-lightweight and designed to be as honed as you are on race day. For 2024 we updated the fabric to be feather-light and silky-soft. The unique grid structure quickly moves moisture away from the skin to the surface, keeping you comfortable longer. And the bluesign certified material is also treated with coldblack to reduce heat absorption. It’s finished with our signature sash and a minimal application of the BQ24 insignia.
