Wednesday Speed Workout - London
Join us for our weekly speed session at Paddington Rec which is designed to help you get faster for your goal races. This week, we are running a split workout of 6x 600m at your 5k pace, 200m at your mile pace. 90 seconds recovery after the 600m and 60 seconds after the 200m.
Timing
There are two options for starting the session, you can meet at the Trackhouse from 6:00 PM to leave for a warmup to Paddington Rec Track at 6:30 PM. The warmup to the track is 3.2km (2 miles). Alternatively, feel free to meet us at the track ready to start the main session for 7:00 PM.
Sign Up & Pacing
Secure bag drop and changing will be available at the Trackhouse. The workout is published on our Strava Event Page. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
