100 Days Taper Long Run

Join us for the thirteenth run in our 100 Days to London programme. We enter the taper period of marathon training, a chance to lower the volume and allow the body to start to absorb the fruits of the past few months. On offer on our run through central London, we have options of 10 km (6 miles) and 20 km (12 miles).

Location & Time
Meet at the London Trackhouse for 9AM, bag drop, changing will be available. From 9:30AM, we begin a group warmup and then start the run. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities.

Pacers
There will be pacers from 4:10/km (6:45/mile) to 7:25/km (12:00/mile) on hand to help guide you on the run. The full details of the run are linked below. The distance option offers many opportunities to lengthen or shorten your miles, depending on your needs.

Fuelling
We will have coffee, bananas and water available. Post-run, refreshments will be available.
