Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
This week, we'll take it to the track for a quick session. The workout is:
2-3x800m
2-3x600m
2-3x400m
2-3x200m
2-4 laps in outer lanes at lactate threshold
200-400m recovery between all reps
Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. View the route and RSVP here.
