Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

This week, we'll do mile repeats around the Figure 8 Loop. Approximately 2 laps around half of the loop is a mile. The workout is:

4-5x 1 mile with 60 seconds standing rest

Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. View the route and RSVP here.
