50 Days to
the Brooklyn Half
With the renowned Brooklyn Half approaching on May 17th, the build toward race day has begun. Our 50 Days to Brooklyn training program returns this year – an opportunity to join the NYC Trackhouse community to share in the work, celebrate the journey, and prepare for the big run. In our 50 Days long run training, we do our best to bring you everything that you need to be successful, guiding you in weekly runs that take you all the way to the starting line on race day.
- We'll run unique routes that build up in distance towards race day, including routes on the BK Half course.
- To keep you up to speed, we've arranged pacing groups that vary from 7-11:00 min/mile.
- Our elevated events include new product sampling, talks, collaboration runs within the Brooklyn community, and insider coaching tips.
- We'll keep you fueled with coffee & bananas so that your body is prepared to make the most of 50 Days.
