Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
This week’s workout is a 25-minute tempo with the following pace changes: 8min at marathon pace, 8min at half marathon pace, 3min at 10k pace, 3min at half marathon pace, and the final 3min at 5k pace. Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
