100 Days to NYC - Roosevelt Island
Week Five of 100 Days to NYC. We'll run a Tracksmith NYC favorite over to Roosevelt Island for a flat 8 or 15 miles. This run includes course previews over the Pulaski bridge to LIC. Doors at the Trackhouse will open 7:45am with the run beginning promptly at 8:15am. Before the run, coffee, bananas and water will be available. Route details will be published on our Strava event page, in our weekly newsletter and in the Tracksmith NYC Whatspp group. These runs are free and open to all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
