Final Tune Up

So here we are – you’ve made it. Join us at Paddington Rec Track for one final session before the marathon. This workout will be suitable for everyone whether you’re training or tapering, so come along to spin the wheels one final time or send off our local marathoners in style before they head out to Greenwich Park for the start on Sunday.

We will start at 7:00 PM with a warmup of 5-10 mins, followed by drills and strides. The main session is 6 x 3 mins at your marathon pace/tempo effort ahead of the weekend, off a 90s standing rest. Meet us at the right-hand side of the track (by the benches). You are welcome to bring your bag, to leave by the side of the track.
