Wednesday Speed Workout - London
Join us for our weekly speed session at Paddington Rec which is designed to help you get faster for your goal races. This week we are running 1600m, 5 x 400m, 1600m at your 5km pace. 90 seconds rest after 1600m, 60s rest after the 400m.
The session starts from the Trackhouse, we meet at 6:00 p.m. and leave to run to Paddington Recreation Ground at 6:30 PM. The warmup to the track is 3.2km (2 miles). Bag drop and changing will be available at the Trackhouse. Alternatively, feel free to meet us at the track ready to start the main session for 7:00 PM.
