Church of the Long Run - Boston
This week, we will be running 16 miles along an Emerald Necklace loop with a workout built-in. We'll warm up 2 miles, complete 4x2 miles at marathon pace with 0.5 miles jogging recovery between reps, and cool down 3.5 miles. This route offers the opportunity to lengthen or shorten the run by adding or removing additional laps. Before starting, enjoy complimentary coffee and bananas. Route details will be published on our Strava event page. The doors will open at 7:30 a.m., followed by a brief overview of the route at 8 a.m. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
