Wednesday Speed Workout - London

Join us for our weekly speed session at Paddington Rec Track which is designed to help you get faster for your goal races. This week, we are running a pyramid workout of 400m, 800m, 1200m, 1200m, 800m, 400m. 90s standing rest after 1200m and 800m, 60s rest after the 400m.

Timing
There are two options for starting the session, you can meet at the Trackhouse from 6:00 PM to leave for a warmup to Paddington Rec Track at 6:30 PM. The warmup to the track is 3.2km (2 miles). Alternatively, feel free to meet us by the benches at the track ready to start the main session for 7:00 PM.

Secure bag drop and changing will be available at the Trackhouse. The workout is published on our Strava Event Page. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
