Speed Session - NYC
Join us every Wednesday for a speed session on the track. This week's workout will be 8-10 x 200 with 100 meter active recovery. We meet at 6pm at the Trackhouse or 6:30 pm on the track near the handball courts. Track sessions are open to all runners of all paces and abilities. We ask that runners joining us for the first time, please fill out this run club waiver before arriving.
