Morning Repeats
After the women's marathon champs wrap up, get your first workout of the week in with a session over on the Amazon trail. We’ll meet at Washburne Park for an easy warm-up and then break into groups for 5-8x1k on the wood chips. Runners of all abilities are encouraged to come out for a session that will help jumpstart the week.
After the run, we’ll meet back at the house for some conversation over Voodoo Doughnuts.
