Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

This week's workout comprises 12 hill sprints, each lasting 45 seconds. These sprints are organized into three sets, with the initial 4 sprints to be completed at 70% effort, the subsequent 4 at 80% effort, and the final 4 at 90% effort. The doors will open at 6 p.m., and the workout will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
