Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston

Join us for our weekly speed workout. This week, we'll do a tempo of 20 minutes @ marathon pace, 10 minutes @ half marathon pace, and 5 minutes @ 10k pace. If you're not training for a spring marathon, we recommend only doing 10 minutes for the first rep.

Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. View the route and RSVP here. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
