Wednesday Speed Workout - Boston
This week’s workout is a Modified Michigan: 1600 at 10k pace, 1200 at 5k pace, 800 at 3k pace, and 400 at mile pace. This session calls for a 400 tempo / float between reps. Doors will open at 6 p.m., then we'll kick off the workout at 6:30 p.m. As always, stick around for post-workout snacks and refreshments at the Trackhouse. These meet-ups are free and open to runners of all abilities. We are asking all runners joining us for the first time to fill out this waiver before arriving.
