Each year, we craft a limited-edition graphic honoring Sir Roger Bannister and his legendary achievement of being the first athlete to race a sub-four-minute mile. For the 2025 rendition, we explored the two sides of today, the past and the future. One style pays tribute to the breakthroughs that brought us here — like Bannister’s 1954 run at Iffley Road. The other looks ahead to what’s next, dated symbolically 100 years beyond that first sub-four, imagined at Monte Carlo — home to Monaco’s blisteringly-fast track. So, what’s next?
